I left dubai on 12 july 2006 for some emergency but i couldn't go back what is the procedure to cancell the vi

I try send the pport through courier service to my previous company in dubai but the courier service refused to send the pport.Now I am getting a good chance to work in dubai again .Is it possible i can join with them and how i can cancell my visa
