Why can't I make it taste like waffle house?

When I'm at home I sometimes make my own version of cheese n eggs. I grease the pan lightly with er, not much. I put about 3 eggs scrambled in a bowl first in. I add some cheddar cheese. It taste nothing like the cheese n eggs at waffle house. Not even close. What is different about theirs?
