You can't. Drugs can be detected in your hair follicale much easier than blood or urine, and it takes far longer to rid it of the drug also. Example - with urine, if you smoke pot, you can stop a week or maybe less before the drug test and it won't be detected if you drink a lot of fluids, cranberry juice helps alot. But it will take months before it is unable to be detected in your hair follicle.
