HOw do you switch pictures from a Dell latitude to an Apple macbook pro?

I got a new computer so i need to put my babys pictures from the dell to the apple. i have a casio camera and the cord that goes to the computer from the camera but i dont know how to get the pictures onto it. any way i need help!
