I am 6'1 And i think im over weight and i was wondering if this workout would work,?

I'm 16 years old, Im not fat but i got that chubbiness i want to lose to get abs and get skinnier, I have a little bit of a gut, I was wondering if i where to work out about 1 hour and a half a day for 4 days in a row and friday -sunday be off if i would lose weight, id do about a 400 Calorie loss Jog on the treadmill then curl 50 weights with Each arm and 100 situps for every one of those days, Monday through friday i usually eat Fried eggs with 4 peices of brown toast, Then about 8 peices of fried chicken The same day, made from the box not kfc, or 4 taquitos, I drink alot of water but i also DRINK ALOT OF MILK, i go through a 4L jug of 3.25% ( genized milk) every 2 days - 3 days, Lately ive been staying home, And that probably wont change thats why i was considering this work out and wondering if i would lose the weight, Thank you
