(This is gross) but my dog will sometimes eat deer pee. Will this make her sick?

I mean, it doesn't seem to have any adverse effects, and when we go for a walk (it's snowy where I live, so the pee is frozen), she will sniff around, and I think she's just looking for a place to mark, but then she'll snuffle into the snow and start chomping down on a piece of ice. It took me a few times of this happening to figure out it was deer pee (there was lots of deer tracks, and it's a swampy sort of area that the deer like to visit in our neighborhood, plus they go down our street now and then because it's open, and there is salt on the road).
