Why do i keep bleeding?

ok i my period started again 2day but i have changed my pad like 6 times in the last 30 mins and i have changed my tampon 3 times already and im scared im only 13 and i dont know if this is normal or if i should b worried...i started offically the beggining of this month!!1 plez help!!! im kinda scared
