How do I tell my parents that I am bi, even if I know that they might not accept it?

I have told two of my friends that I am bi, one of which is Bi and hasn't told her parents. The other one is a really church going girl, and so she doesn't approve of it, and now she is avoiding me. I am gong through a really tough time right now, my parents just got divorced, my mom is dating again, and now I have to deel with this. Can anyone help me?
