I feel like im losing my best friend?

so two yrs ago i moved high schools freshman yr( not far way only 15 min by car; only because of my grades and did not live in sac district, always lived here in elk grove) i had a best friend who goes to my old school now it doesnt bother me that i dont see her and she has other friends. now since i went to a new school i made a new best friend Raina. Ive had known her for 2 years and she is moving schools now and since its summer we've been hanging out, but she's kind of been blowing me off for other friends of hers and i just feel like im losing her, and now i have no one to hang out during summer other then my old high school friends but i cant see them everyday, and plus they have 3 more weeks of school, i mean i went by a couple of days to say hi since i've been out but i still feel like im losing Raina. :/ help?
