To be or not to be?

Hi, everyone! I asked asylem in 2000 on the ground of life threatening cirstances and got a refusal. The Home Office caught me in 2003 and sent back to Ukraine. I don't know whether it was a removal or deportation as I hadn't been told. I came back here a year later coze I can't stay in UA indeed. Does anybody know how to find out was it just a removal or was it a deport and is there any chance for me to legalize in this country ? Thanks in advance, people
